Animal Health Guarantee

All animals are guaranteed to be in good health, accurately sexed (unless sold as unsexed) and well established on unscented prey items.

Shipping Terms

We are only able to ship to Canadian addresses via Fedex Overnight at the expense of the buyer, Live arrival is guaranteed when outdoor temperatures are between 0° C and 32° C. It is up to the purchaser to ensure that the forecasted temperature on the preferred day of delivery meets this standard.

There is a 5-day guarantee on all shipped animals provided the package has been opened and a confirmation email sent within 3 hours of delivery. We must be notified within 4 hours of delivery of any losses during shipping. Failure to contact us within the provided time period will void the guarantee.

Additional Terms

Buyer must be aware of your local laws and regulations regarding ownership of the exotic animal purchased. We are not responsible for any lawsuits or issues that arise in regard to the finalized sale.
